A Shopkeeper's Summer Reflection

A Shopkeeper's Summer Reflection

My husband Ryan and I always go over the list of what we've done over the past season and share in the joy of memories. It's fun to look back and realize how many lovely little moments we had, even the small things matter. This summer for me was filled with: campfires, s'mores, homemade iced teas, homemade lemonades, bean salads, watermelons, BBQs, gathering with family and friends, swimming in lakes, searching for sea-glass on the beach, summer evening walks with my husband Ryan and Yorkie (Penny), and watching fireflies dance under the milky way.

I hope that this summer has been abundant for you and that its warmth was a seasonal treasure to enjoy. My summer has been a busy one in a social way, so the shop has been a bit quieter online. We did ramp up for wedding tea favours and had so many delightful orders to fill out! It's a magical feeling to know that Letterpress Tea is part of special days filled with love and family. A beautiful cup of loose-leaf tea for your guests to enjoy once they get home is the perfect way to thank them for joining you for the occasion. When it comes to shop work, I think meticulously and individually packaging all of your tea favours was truly my favourite part of this past summer.
